Create your league
Enter your format, location, and schedule details. When we ask how teams register, choose "I already have my teams" and tell us how many to expect.

Import your teams
Paste a team list or upload your registration export: CSV, Excel, PDF, or even a screenshot. You review every team and captain before anything is added.

We make your schedule
Once all your teams are in, or whenever you click "Create schedule", we build your schedule. Then kickin.love handles score reporting, standings, and captain emails all season.

- Do I have to switch registration systems?
- No. Keep taking registrations and payments wherever you do today. kickin.love picks up from there with the schedule, scores, and standings.
- Is this an official integration?
- No. kickin.love is not affiliated with these companies, and there is no account connection to set up. You export your team list and import it into kickin.love.
- What can I import?
- Pasted text, CSV, TSV, Excel, PDF, or a screenshot. We pull out team names and captain contact details, and you review them before anything is saved.
- What if more teams sign up after I import?
- Add or import them anytime. If your schedule already exists, we can make an updated schedule that includes them.
- Does it cost anything extra?
- No. Pricing is the same as any kickin.love league, based on your team count when you approve the schedule.
- Can teams still register on kickin.love?
- Yes. You choose for each league whether teams register on kickin.love or you bring your own teams.
